Happiness is not just important, it’s vital. Life is difficult for a lot of people, and can be tiresome, boring and stressful, but happiness can help to counter these feelings. We are often at our happiest when we are doing something that we enjoy, so the question we have to ask ourselves is what do we enjoy?
Guilt generally occurs when the realisation of the action that we have just committed is wrong, and we end up feeling responsible. Because of guilt, and the feeling that it comes with, we are able to learn from these experiences and so begin to develop an understanding of guilt and how we can, should, must learn from it.

Also known as a Moral Dilemma or an Ethical Paradox, an ethical dilemma is when we must choose between multiple options, which aren’t really ethically acceptable from either perspective.
