Teamworking
Working in a team is a task that you will come across in your life quite often, so it is a serious aspect of most college and working environments. It involves the collaborative harnessing of individuals ideas as you all work towards an agreed goal, or outcome, in an agreed timeframe in order to solve a problem. In order for teams to work efficiently and effectively there needs to be a good understanding of what makes a good team in the first place, and what the different roles can be in a team, and what those roles entail as all members pull together with an agreed agenda and defined outcome.
